Worker cooperatives are facing a moment of great opportunity and great challenge. As worker-owners, developers, allies and funders work together to elevate this model across the nation, we will only be successful if we grow and develop together. What works? What doesn't? In this track, we will learn from our collective challenges, share experiences, and resource each other.
This track, is geared toward leaders who have been in the work and are in need of tactical support, will help us map out our biggest challenges, explore how we approach those challenges, and address how each of the members of this movement can play a part in creating a more cohesive and effective ecosystem of worker ownership.
