Marissa Mommaerts is Communications Manager at the Post Carbon Institute as well as Communications and Operations Manager at Transition US. Through this work she has a view of community resilience and new economy working happening on the ground and at the organizational and network levels across the US. Marissa has a background in community and campaign organizing, coalition building, and strategic communications, previously coordinating a global communications project on reproductive health.
